I said the best deal for the landowner.   I did not say the highest rent.  You are making that up on your own. 

If the offers are really as drastically different as are being claimed, however, it's hard to imagine there being enough 'fringe benefits' involved to override the dollars,  as long as there is not doubt about being paid.
