Mark believes in capitalism (free enterprise).  No one farmer has the right to farm at the expense of someone else.  In your case the landlord.  If the landlord can make more money from some other farmer than you, that is up to the landlord to decide not you.  I get upset when I hear farmers say it is there right to farm or I have been farming for X number of years and I should be able to make a good living on x acres, etc.  You have the right to farm as long as you can still pay the bills and run your business legally and keep your landlords happy.  Just don't expect to farm on my dollar.
