Okay, my mistake. I've just seen too much of the "screwing agribusinessmen" in the area and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I see someone paying more rent than can possibly break even, let alone turn a profit. It really is very simple math to work the numbers to see the result. And don't tell me their crop production expenses are less than zero dollars, because that's what it would take unless we had prices and yields like last year. And we both know those prices never last long.
