Subject: RE: The moral question....

Brazilton KS

I don't intend to 'come between' anyone, but if there is a piece of land which I would like to buy or rent, I'm probably going to take the opportunity to let the owner know that I am interested in it.  I can't say this for certain, but I'm guessing there's no big secret to what rents are being paid by whom in this part of the world.  I'm not in an aggressive expansion mode, but I I were wanting to be, I see nothing wrong with advertising or with speaking to owners to let them know I'm there.

I take it you believe it is unethical for the grocery store to send out those flyers every Wednesday in the paper?  How about all those ads dealers put in the farm papers touting their 'low prices and excellent service?'  I've already read that they are unethical when published by a dealer with more then one location, but I have not figured out why.
