You just haul it to the base. It's nice if the base is in the general direction of where it's going, but it's gonna get hauled somewhere sooner or later anyway and even if you haul it the wrong way, once it's loaded 30 miles isn't going to change the freight enough to make up for the other losses from not controlling it in storage.
