Below in this thread, someone speculates that ILFF may farm several farms for a $150 - $250 per acre for each one that they are paying a "high cash rent".
Is ILFF being unethical if they will pay $300 (or more) an acre to add ground but don't raise the price on all the ground they already farm to $300 (or more) ? (Comparable land, of course.)
If its unethical for others to underpay rent, it should be unethical for ILFF to do it too.
