Brazilton KS | If the land is worth more, then sure, they should bid on it. My guess, based on what I have read of the business model, is that the rent being paid fits what the operation calculated the value to be. I do not get the impression that they are trying to lowball rent on anything. The impression I get is that they are bidding what they feel they can pay, take it or don't. I'm guessing that few of the many detractors utilize that philosophy. If you work with that philosophy, and you get outbid, you do not care because you would not want it at a higher price, anyway.
