You want to keep the landlords under your thumb so you can wring the last dollar out of your rented land. You are jealous because someone else can make it work with less of a margin so can offer higher rent. You are trying to make your profit at the landlords expense.
Is there some proof you can offer as to how this place is not honoring contracts? Failing to pay their bills?
If I was a landlord and someone offered me 50 bucks more and other landlords could back up the fact that the land was cared for and monies paid on time you can guess who would get the business.
