A will is good only until a new one surfaces. How do you know this will be the most current one when the time comes?



My Uncle was the family estate lecturing expert. Then he got leukemia and changed everything several times. Eventually by the time of his death he had a hand scratched list of demands. Completely cut off/disowned his son and demanded no memorial or obituary.

To the OP.
I've seen the wife give it all to the church once.

Off farm siblings are pushing for a sale on some land close by.
