I handle the money in our household so I don’t know that she really has any idea how much it really affects the way we live when I let several thousands of dollars go through the window through lost overtime and days off. She supports me and my dreams of farming as I support her in her dreams. She has made mention before about she feels I should receive some sort of compensation. With more frequency as of late. But it’s not a point of contention, as of yet.

It’s going to be a very bad day for you when it all comes to a head and you find out how wrong you are with that last line.

You need to make changes now. A will can be changed on a whim, as your dad very well knows since he uses that fact as a threat. What your dad is doing to you in isn’t right, and what you are doing to your wife isn’t right. Make it right before it gets worse.
