Hoosierheartland - 1/7/2019 19:18 Actually the way the will is set up I really can’t complain at all. Dad passes farms and equipment go to me, mom keeps homestead for remainder of her life. The will is well written and protects me well.
A will is good only until a new one surfaces. How do you know this will be the most current one when the time comes?
