Subject: Re: Thick Skinned ~

central - east central Minnesota -

jonas grumby - 11/23/2012 09:33 AGAIN the landlord was WRONG but the tenent did nothing to limit his damages. You are incorrect when you say the OP could have left the corn out until March if he wanted to. A damaged party has a legal responsibility to limit his damages. The OP in this case did not do that. That last sentence was rather childish. Geesh people if someone points out that someone could have handled things differently they get jumped on and people want to do physical damage to their crops. Come on grow up and have and adult conversation if you want but really attacks because I simply stated that the tenent did not handle things the way I or most anyone else would have after he was notified of a problem.

Your first reply comes across much, much differently - I agreed with it, if you reread it.
If you had stated your counter as above . . . you'd have recieved much different answers.
Your comments about adult converstations and growing up, goes along with "thick skinned" - In my opinion, you need some . . . .
Its fine to "air" your feelings / opinions and even being right, but no reason to go off crying about it either. Having adult conversations / discussions can involve wording / speach that is interperted differently by those that hear / interpret all of it and parts of it . .  . .
I'm sorry I ruffled your feathers -
I'm pretty sure, if you were my neighbor, we'd get along pretty good ~
I'm sure there are some that dispise me, i can live with that. Better to know face to face then assuming . . .  .
