Subject: I don't think you have to pay for the cow you hit

Huntley Montana

I think if you hit a cow on the road that your insurance is responisable for your vehicle, & the livestock owner is "out 1 cow".. Had some problems with a next door fellows cows.. He got upset with my employee chasing his cows out of my crops. Tried to get a restraining order against my employee. Judge told him that he should keep his cows IN, & told my employee to call the Sheriff every time they were out after that.
