No I am not defending the request to bring the combine. I am using that as an example of how the tenent could have limited the damage and also as an example the it appeared to me that the cattle were not getting out of the cornfield immediately. We may not have honored the request but IF we had honored the request it would appear to me that would have been a better solution to doing nothing for 4 days and letting the corn dry down to 14% and harvesting 82 bu/acre and THEN after the fact try to figure out things.
