Amherst WI | That's a pretty broad statement when you have no idea what kind of other factors he is dealing with. Some of that low yield area looks like pivots tracks. I was out in NW KS and NE CO this summer. There were several fields that were irrigated that looked like they were going to produce 0 because with the heat there was no way they would ever keep up with water. Also if he is in WY he is probable planting a sub 90 day corn or maybe even earlier which isn't exactly "heat resistant" if that was an issue there. | |
