| My dad passed away after a couple of years farming together so I am on the other end of your situation. There are many times I wish he was there to look over my shoulder and tell me how to do things. I know it would be hard to do but take a couple of weeks on vacation to clear your mind. I don't think your dad wants to work against you he is probably set in his ways and has a hard time in letting go his decision making. Don't burn your bridges there will be a time when he is gone and you would wish he would be there. Good Luck to you | |
