I know I’m already a bit emotionally charged but... your post was really powerful. I know there is changes he could make (he talks about them) but he is a bit hamstrung by the fact his dad doesn’t want to give up control. So things continue to go the way they’ve gone. I may share this with him though. I appreciate your wisdom here.
