NE Oregon | Thanks SoDak. I agree. Better time management would go a long way. And letting go of the feelings of guilt for time off (when it’s appropriate of course). I think he feels a lot of pressure from his dad, just like you said. I appreciate hard work but it is so hard to work grueling hours under someone else’s time frame. I know if we owned/leased things outright it would be an entirely different story. There are plenty of inefficiencies around here that my husband, who is very analytical, would change if he had the ability. | |
