Communication is everything. I’d start by having him read this whole thread.
You need to bring the kids out to be with him as much as is reasonable. Some days that’s only 15 minutes but be sure it happens. You will get some time with him but also he and your father-in-law will be reminded ya’ll are there.
Every business owner has to be committed to success and make sacrifices. If you, your husband and your father in law have different goals, you’re going to clash. Best if you talk with everyone about what they really want and how to get there. | |
