Quit being so dependent on him; rock the boat!
You're computer literate & have a college education
Go on you tube & then get an O ring or new faucet from home store & do it yourself
If you end up doing the dishes in the bathtub; he may find time to help fix it
Then he can use the bathtub & guest towels; for a newborn cold calf
am I cut out for this?
