It is a second gen ranch, yes. There in lies some of the trouble... making changes to the workflow just is a very very slow process because “this is how we do things” and I think my husband has a lot to prove to his dad (which in my opinion is impossible- his dad is a very proud and critical man). I play second fiddle to his dad I think. But he is kind and loving, and I do care immmenseley for this man. I just worry that in another 5 years of “getting established” the babies will be 10 and he’ll have missed the best years of his life and missed the opportunity to form a real relationship with me and the kids. They’re only young for a short while and lonely wife = ... i don’t even want to think about it. | |
