Subject: RE: Catholic marrying a non- catholic, need advice

Central Wisconsin

I have a crazy Lutheran / Catholic Family.  I am in an area with Polish Catholic on one side of a line and Norwegians on the other side of the line. 1 set of grandparents  Catholic and Lutheran, Grandma then change to Lutheran to Marry grandpa.  Next gen.  Lutheran mother marries Catholic Father. Father changes to Lutheran.  Next gen. I am Lutheran , marry Catholic girl.  I go to Catholic church with family but don't take communion never changed from Lutheran.  Go to Lutheran Church a couple times a year..

I have many cousins involved mix Lutheran/Catholic marriages

I have trouble with some of the catholic ideas. Such as the fee for annulment and the gambling at Church Festivals.

It seems to me the Catholic's have figured out revenue streams that are not very Christian like.
