Subject: RE: Catholic marrying a non- catholic, need advice

Zabcikville, TX
I am a Baptized and Confirmed Luthern. My first wife was born, raised, Baptized, and Confirmed Catholic. I decided to not convert to Catholicism. Nothing against Catholics, just not what I wanted for me. I agreed that any children (turns out 2 great kids) would be raised Catholic. Their mother and I divorced in 2008. They are still being raised in the Catholic church. I went to the Lutheran church (started at 10am) on Sunday, she went (and took the kids) to her church. Hers started at 8, mine at 10. A lot of Sunday's we (both of us) went to each other's church on the same day. I always say "we all believe in the same God, Jesus is our Savior) what difference does it really make which doors we walk through on Sunday?
