IMO Catholic bashing is very popular and trendy. Some of it is deserved but I think the Catholic church has made great strides in trying to become a loving, welcoming church in recent years. Some of the young priests are really dynamic leaders. We just have to find a way to get more of them.


I agree with this statement wholeheartedly. Anti-Catholicism is one of the last forms of discrimination which exists in this country and is socially acceptable.

IMO, about 99% of the people who speak poorly of the Catholic church do not understand the Catholic Church.
