Been on a low carb diet for about 120 days now. Down around 35 lbs. now. Need to lose another 10 and at ideal weight for me. Under 200. I eat very few carbs and about zero refined carbs. Once in a while a dark chocolate snack. BP is normal. Total cholesterol is a little high and LDL is high but watching some of Johns youtube vids he posts they explain these things pretty well. Energy is up and not so tired. Oh and I feel GREAT !!! | |
