West Central IL | I started keto last spring/summer, can't remember, went a couple weeks, then fell into more of a low carb diet. I went from 217 all the way down to 178. I pretty much have settled in at about 182 so down about 35 pounds and really close to where I should be. It would be ideal if i were 175ish. May get there when spring hits, I get more active and around less food.I haven't been under 200 in 10 years. I haven't been this weight since i came out of high school in the late 90's.
