coast of Maine | Wifes been over 2 years,shes doing very well.I was eating sweets,breads,cakes ,icecream,donuts as well as all the meat and great meals with her.I quit just over a month(zero added sugars,no bread no potato no rice)am eating fruits and veg a lot.Dropped 8 lbs or more and feeling less up and down cycles of focus.Which was the goal and reading J burns ideas I said screw the sugars.I have been eating natural sunflower butter on apples,bought some the other day,said a bit of sugar unkown on label,I could tel that it had added sugar instantly by taste,never would have noticed 30 days ago. | |
