Just opened up a can of King Oscar brand sardines. They were kind of expensive, I think like 2.50 or something like that. Premium brand. I was a little disappointed. Lots of very small fish tails still on. Taste ok but with small fish comes more skin and stuff. Don't think they taste quite as good as the cheaper ones we have been buying. Probably healthier with the smaller fish, but I like the fillets better. For better taste look for the ones that say fillets rather than give the number of fish in the can. The Brunswick brand that we got in Bonaire are still the best for my taste. WM does not have that brand, will have to look around to see if other stores have them. The "Season" brand at from WM ($1.88 in olive oil) are pretty good and are our staple till we find the Brunswick brand (If we can). The King Oscar for my money is not worth the extra cost. We try several different brands (all only in olive oil) just to see what we like best. John
