MN | I'm high protein, 210 pounds, 200- 240grams of protein a day, I do exercise some too, cardio and weights, I wouldn't call it keto as I do eat fruits and vegetables, no refined carbs though, lost 30 pounds a few years ago, then slowly started eating junk food and started gaining a little so I'm back to the basics, not trying to lose anymore, just maintain. I found out it won't work unless you make it a lifestyle, all my numbers are good except cholesterol is borderline high, tris are good though, so I have been watching some of Johns videos with interest as I don't want the meds they are pushing. and they do push them!
just cutting refined sugars and processed foods made me feel 20 years younger, I feel a lot of depression and physical ailments are from poor diet and lack of exercise. | |
