Pittsburg, Kansas | Yes, I had 3 eggs scrambled with some hot sauce, salt and pepper. One chaffle which would have been a half egg and cheese. I would have eaten two if we would have had them as they were leftover from the night before. That was Monday. Today I will just eat one meal, supper, although will have a big plate of appetizers an hour before so almost like two meals back to back.
I definitely do not restrict calories. I eat like a horse. I just choose what not to eat.
