That is a great list!
With the exception of the alcohols. Back then they did not fully understand all the functions of the liver. I think at that time they realized alcohol would not raise blood glucose but did not realize the damage it as well as fructose can do to the liver. Maybe they did and just expected use in moderation. Not sure.
But the rest is really good. From a hundred years ago.
