Pittsburg, Kansas | Here is something on autophagy that kind of flies in the face of most of the low carb community. I know my wife fasts in hope the autophagy will take care of some of her loose skin (after losing so much weight) . Will it? Don't know. But she has little problem doing the fasting so we will see.
I think he does make a good point that some people can go over the top and burn the candle at both ends.
I have not listened to a lot of Rob Wolf's stuff, but he has been at it for a long time, cured a lot of his own health problems, and seems pretty reasoned and science based.
