coast of Maine | He is doing fine.My wifes been doing similar eating patterns now for two years.No more starvation diets,weight where she wants it(same as when in college)and more focus.Her family has lots of diabetic conditions and as you know weight is usually a precursor.I have been on the fringes of this as I do much of the cooking(we trade off ,she does the paperwork and I cook) and I have been very low carbs a short time now and immediately eliminated most high and low energy cycles .I truly loved bread ,donuts but as I age it seemed as I found a waist donut forming .
