I watched it too and several others you have recommended. I have lots more to go yet though. Very interesting!

My take right now, in my limited understanding, is a relatively healthy person close to his/her recommended healthy weight and without a metabolic issue like diabetes doesn’t have to go on a diet strict enough to force Ketosis. A dietary shift to a lower carb and higher fat and protein based diet is likely a good course of action. With less carbs available the body will balance its energy needs by using up the limited carbs and then get the supplemental energy from keytones.

Based on how your own understand does that make sense?

No matter what path we take as individuals, you have been the inspiration that caused a lot of us to take better notice of our own health and have caused many of us to start making dietary changes to healthier food choices. I want to extend a big Thank You!
