Glad to know it was not just in my head. Got off my blood pressure meds for the BP and pain medication for knee and back with diet change. People have a hard time believing diet has that much to do with pain. But reduce the inflammation by going to a low inflammatory diet and, in my case anyway, the pain went away. Stayed away now for a year. John
