I have lost an additional 4lbs since that post. Still not eating sugar, fruit, or refined carbs. Mostly eat once a day. Sometimes every other day. My endocrinologist wants new blood work done in April. She is basically in disbelief that I could improve that much. The numbers will be better next time.
