Not to sound ignorant, but did you ever think maybe that is part of your "reimbursement"?
I agree that it could be looked at as part of my reimbursement, but in the mean time I have to do something. I can't put my family plans on hold until 10+ years from now... Yes there are other opportunities, but if I wish to allow my business to grow a town job won't work...
