Beresford SD | Wow. I am glad I am not your Dad. Your Dad has to balance an ongoing long term relationship with his brother and good loyal employee. Your uncle may not be ready to let go of an employee because his nephew wants to replace him. He needs time to evaluate this and be comfortable with this. You come across very pushy about this from what I have read and come online here on a public forum it seems to get support to move this along because it is is in your best interest at this time.
