Washington Co Ks | I don't have an answer but a few things for you to consider. How old are your father and uncle? How long before they are ready to slow down? It may be hard to get everything to all fit together perfectly. Will you need the hired hand when your father and uncle slow up? How old is the hired hand? Is he looking at being there for a few years or a long time? Does your uncle have a son to take his place? These are some of the things that I don't need to know but you will have to take into consideration. Good luck. I hope it works out for you. I didn't always feel that my dad appreciated all the work that I did but when he died suddenly I found that I was well taken care of. Sometimes we just have to have more patients. The hired hand may be having concerns about his future also especially if he isn't a young man. | |
