| Been in the original posters position before. To make things more interesting the current tenant buys corn from us to suppliment what he grows to feed his dairy herd. The other curve ball is we rent land from the landowners son and brother. He was very upfront with us why he wanted to deal with us instead. We told him that we didn't want to make waives in the neighborhood but if he feels he has to switch we will gladly take it. Kicker is now the current tenant sold his cows so now he's just another cash cropper. | |
