SW Ohio | RENT IT!
We were contacted by the land owner next door about renting his farm. We told him we would gladly rent it if he would tell his former tenant that he offered the land to us, we didn't try to steal it.
Big mistake. The owner had enough of his former tenant and didn't want anything to do with him anymore. Needless to say, we didn't get the farm.
Moral of the story. Rent it, there is always someone next in line to grab it, might as well be you! | |
