tennessee | Talk to the current guy that's renting it and let him know that you didn't try to get it from him--they came to you. I got in a situation like this yrs. ago, I rented the farm but didn't talk to the guy who had been renting and he got real mad, tried running me down all around town. He was a jerk anyway, I didn't care what he thought of me. This guy your talking about sounds like a good guy from what you've said, I'd at least give him a heads up of what's happening. I'd rent it after that, cause someone will if you don't. | |
