NE, Oklahoma | Rent it- this day and age you lose in the coffee shop either way. Talk to the now renter if approached, again- no winners in a small community. I see you are concerned or you wouldn't be asking, it's like a hand shake 20+ years ago it met something- very-very not so much today. Been where you are, 30 years ago would have been honorable, today I really wonder what I would do!!! I am of older gen. so probably do the same.
