North Central Kansas | Ask him why he wants to change. You're in a tough position and I am glad you have a conscience and you're considerate of another farmer. I am amazed at how many just said, RENT IT. This shows our rural communities are changing from a help each other out atmosphere to a stab you neighbor in the back as fast he turns around. I know people who aggressively take land and that gets around. Do you want that reputation. You do have one good think going, the land owner came to you. Good luck in your decisions.
