This late in the year the other guy should know somethings brewing anyway. If he doesnt, you prolly cant have it for 2014 anyhow. Ultimately, DONT LOOK A GIFT HORSE IN THE FACE. Good ground, 2 miles from home, but why is he changing tenants? He may need watching? I know alot of good guys. I have a close friend and cousins(also close friends) I have to compete with, its just part of it. If it was either of them, it would be a tough call, but I'd call em and tell em and hope they'd understand. If the shoe was on the other foot I'd hope they'd do the same, but in the end they better take the ground and worry about me later. Would just as soon see them farming it as anyone else. Just some thoughts.
