Watsontown, Pa. | I'd say rent it. I know you don't want to cause problems but like everyone says if you don't someone else will. Had a situation around here where a landlord was "shopping" and a perspective farmer stopped in to talk to the owner and was told that the current renter was done, no ifs ands or buts. So when perspective farmer left and made the courtesy call to current renter that somehow that made the owner unhappy ( for whatever reason) and the perspective farmer lost any and all chance of farming it. Strange I know so if the offer is reasonable and there, go for it. Always someone else next in line. | |
