Subject: Re: if a land owner calls....

Owens Cross Roads, AL
Has the other farmer been growing clean well producing crops like yours and others? Is this the large tract on the west side of highway that is weedy? I have landlords that are interested in seeing good clean crops growing as much as the money, some just only see money. I rented a farm last year from a landlord of mine that another farmer was farming about 5 miles from me, the landlord and farmer got cross ways and I was told to farm it or find her another farmer. The other farmer got mad at me for a short while, but now he is over it. Call and talk to the landlord again about the current farmers termination, I think he had to terminated in Sept or Oct, now sure. If everything is on the up and up, rent it before someone else does. Can you handle another 240 acres with you job and equipment with a spring like this year or a wet fall, something to think about? Wilson
