field tiling laws?

I have put what is called a "French Drain "

the water up hill comes down and makes enough pressure to bubble out off the ground

When it rains enough I think you are going to have water bubble out of the ground

If they had tied into your main they would not have put a pipe "upright" in your field .

I am thinking you are going to have a fight on your hands

all the tile draining into your lower field then your neighbors will just bubble out at the fence row if you block it there

That is what I am guessing what is happening .

Sorry for the not so good news "guess"

In Mi. there is a law to keep this from happening but not a law to" remove "
