| Was gone for a couple of days, looked out my window Sunday morning and noticed that the property owner next to me tiled over a 100 yards onto my property( and put in what looks like a drain). Called the county and they can't help me. Tried contacting the property owner, and got no response. Since my dad passed away a year ago, I have been handling the farm. Not sure what my rights are etc. We have a purchase agreement for the property that states that no changes will be made, now that is in jeopardy. Can the other owner do this and what should my next step be?
Any ideas would be appreciated. | |
