| My goal is to learn what the farmer did and why. My buyer maybe unreasonable to be upset about this change to the property that he had looked at . There were to be no changes(signed purchase agreement), if the farmer would have talked to me prior I could have included the buyer in on the discussion and we all may have come to the conclusion that the tiling should happen. We were taken out of that decision, so now I need to learn about what he did so I can reassure my buyer.
Sorry, that I sound upset, I am not, just frustrated that I am spending time trying to track this guy down. I have been told he is not the easiest person to find. Not losing sleep over it, I have bigger things to deal with than this. Not enough time in the day. | |
